Job DescriptionOakstone Community School (OCS) is a public, chartered school with the state of Ohio serving students in grades 4 through high school. OCS specifically serves students with disabilities, majority with Autism Spectrum Disorders of varying academic levels.
Oakstone Community School is currently seeking a full-time Educational Aide who is passionate about working with students.
Responsibilities- Behavior support (training will be provided)
- Instructional support in small groups or within the classroom
- Maintaining student data related to IEP goals and objectives
- Supervising playground activities, lunchroom, etc.
- Other duties assigned by administration
The employee is regularly required to be physically active, attend to student and teacher needs, and communicate with others.
Requirements- FBI and BCI Background Check
- Educational Aide License (if offered position)
- High School/Trade School degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
