About TES AcademyTES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 5-21. Many public districts in Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve.
About the RoleAs a Teacher Assistant, you will support our therapeutic learning program, providing academic and behavioral support to students.
Responsibilities- Assist with small group instruction and academic support
- Support student behavior and transitions under the direction of the Teacher/Intervention Specialist
- Help create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to student success and overall program goals
$18.20 – $24.76 per hour. Pay is based on experience, education, certifications and bilingual skills if used regularly.

- Current TB test within the last 6 months

Physical Requirements
Work settings may vary and can include classrooms, clinics, or campus environments, with occasional remote or therapy-based support. This role may involve moderate to loud noise levels, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, frequent bending, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
