• 3 to 5 years Instructional Design and Development and/ or Performance Management
• Content management background
• Great written communication skills

Job Duties:

• Performance Management position responsible for design and development of performance support content for priority business initiatives and/or products/service/systems requiring training for successful execution.
• Maintain appropriate categorization of content including policies, processes, procedures etc.
• Appropriately tag content with metadata to improve content reuse and ensure correct placement.
• Work collaboratively with other work groups and stakeholders to develop the most effective material.
• Ensure relevance, quality, and accuracy of tools and processes by conducting end-user testing and validation.
