US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Serve as a team leader to ensure staff provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction for children and youth aged 6 weeks to 18 years;
Instruct team members in tasks and job techniques, providing written instructions and materials;
Develop, plan, and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities based on observed needs and interests;
Ensure staff follow health and safety standards for diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning/disinfecting, food service, and safe sleep practices;
Oversee safety and supervision in classrooms, outdoor areas, and during field trips
