USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Serve as team leader ensuring the program staff provides developmental care and instruction for children and youth ranging in age from 6 weeks to 18 years in Child and Youth Services programs;
Develop, plan and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans, schedules, and developmentally appropriate activities based on observed needs and interests;
Ensure staff follow health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning/sanitizing surfaces, food service, safe sleep practices, and caring for ill children and youth;
Instruct team members with written instructions, reference materials, and supplies; develop and provide training materials;
Supervise and coordinate program activities across classroom settings, outdoor areas, and field trips
