Special Education Coordinator - Full-Time
As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Special Education Coordinator to provide in-person services to charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year. Special Education Coordinator Salary: $60-$62 per hour Special Education Coordinator Position Details:
Full time (7:30am-4pm) Responsible for the SPED programs at all four campuses Working with the SPED teachers to make sure they stay in compliance with deadlines and paperwork/coach and support them across the campuses and provide service minutes as needed SPED coordination experience preferred Special Education Coordinator Qualification(s):
Licensure as a Special Education Teacher in the state of Ohio School Certification in the state of Ohio Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Special Education Coordinator Responsibilities May Include:
Implementing specially designed instruction to drive student achievement Conducting progress monitoring data and adjusting instruction based on the data Establishing a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom Providing support to students, parents, and general education staff and supporting student learning Mentoring and coaching students on self-regulation and organizational skills Developing effective IEPs that translate into measurable results for students Participating in multidisciplinary meetings Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!
