TESOL Coordinator

TESOL Coordinator - Full-Time

Columbus, OH

Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time TESOL Coordinator to provide in-person services for charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year. TESOL Coordinator Pay Range: $60-$62 per hour

Full time (7:30am-4pm)

Responsible for the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages programs at all four campuses

Working with the TESOL teachers to make sure they stay in compliance with deadlines and paperwork (coach and support them across the campuses and provide service minutes as needed)

TESOL cert/endorsement required

Coordinator experience preferred

Active licensure in the state of Ohio

School certification in Ohio

Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances

Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

• Implementing specially designed instruction to drive student achievement
• Conducting progress monitoring data and adjusting instruction based on the data
• Establishing a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom
• Providing support to students, parents, and general education staff and supporting student learning
• Mentoring and coaching students on self-regulation and organizational skills
• Developing effective IEPs that translate into measurable results for students
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings
