Education Program Associate Coordinator## Department:
Arts and Sciences | Psychology The Education Program Associate Coordinator supports the Humanities and Cognitive Sciences High School Summer Institute, a one-week academic enrichment program for high school students. Responsible for supervising participants, coordinating daily activities, and supporting program operations to help ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities include mentoring and overseeing students; facilitating small-group discussions and activities; supporting lectures, workshops, and laboratory visits; assisting students with research projects and related activities; communicating participant needs and concerns to program staff; and supporting daily program logistics and participant engagement throughout the program.

*** Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

The pay range for this job profile is $15.86-$20.74. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications. ##
