Position: Lecturer (SEM) - Respiratory Therapy, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences

The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking a Semester Lecturer to provide teaching assistance in the Respiratory Therapy Division during the Autumn and Spring semesters. The successful candidate will serve as lead instructor for courses, collaborate regularly with the division faculty and instructors to ensure a coordinated curriculum, maintain satisfactory student progress, and provide documentation to faculty for curriculum management and evaluation.

Performance Objectives
  • Present course material and collaborate with the primary instructor.
  • Be present in the lab to assist students with course assignments.
  • Meet regularly with the faculty, Program Director, Division Director, students, and other parties as required.
  • Attend faculty meetings.
  • Represent the program at recruitment events.
  • Conduct online sessions with students as needed via Carmen Zoom.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Required:

    BS in Respiratory Therapy from a CoARC accredited Respiratory Program.
  • Desired:
    Experience teaching in class or lab.
