Directions For Youth and Families provides an array of mental-health, prevention, and education programs to meet the diverse needs of our community. We believe every child, family, and community has value and together we can work to help our communities have the best future possible.

DFYF prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion and caring for the well-being of our staff. We are intentional about staff development training, strengthening each staff member within their role, providing regular supervision and support, and offering regular discussion meetings about DEI and self-care strategies.
