Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support after-school and summer programming for youth in grades K-12. You will help deliver the BGCA curriculum and create a safe, engaging environment.
The role focuses on supporting youth, promoting social-emotional skills, recording attendance, and collaborating with staff. Occasional travel to other clubs may be required; IRS mileage rates apply.
