• Deliver high-quality instruction in manufacturing engineering topics within mechanical and integrated systems engineering programs
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students through academic and professional development

• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and development of new courses
• Participate in departmental and university service activities
• Establish collaborative relationships with industrial partners and academic colleagues

• Doctoral degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Mechanical Engineering, Integrated Systems Engineering, or closely related field
• Demonstrated record of scholarly impact in manufacturing engineering education or practice
• Proven leadership capabilities and collaborative experience in professional or academic settings
• Advanced teaching and mentoring skills with curriculum development experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity for independent initiative and innovative thinking
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industrial sectors
• Evidence of broad impact in manufacturing education and research
• Record of successful project funding acquisition
• Demonstrated commitment to university community engagement
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaborative projects
• History of productive partnerships with industry and academic institutions

• Full-time professional practice faculty appointment
