• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist certification (required)
• Experience working in special education, preferably with high-needs students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability when supporting diverse learning styles
• Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs

• Serve either in a high school or K-5 high needs setting, depending on assignment
• Deliver direct instruction and adapt curriculum to individual student needs
• Collect data and monitor student progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to evaluation meetings
• Maintain organized documentation and parent communication
• Support positive behavior interventions within the classroom
