Location:

Columbus, OH 43229. Salary: $25.00 per hour. Learn Well is committed to changing the lives of students facing behavioral health challenges. For more than 26 years, Learn Well has provided on-site educational services in hospitals to help school-age patients continue their education during treatment and reintegrate into the classroom. The position is based in Columbus with potential coverage in Dayton, Cincinnati, West Chester, Akron, and Worthington.

This full-time role for the  school year involves working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to child and adolescent students in a small classroom setting while they receive treatment.

• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans that align with student needs.
• Provide individualized assistance to students and regularly communicate progress.
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to support student success.
• Maintain accurate attendance and session reports.
• Work with class sizes ranging from 8 to 15 students.

Position entails a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Ohio teaching license required; substitute licenses will not be considered.
• Comfortable working with K–12th grade students.
