Admissions & Student Support Representative

We’re looking for an organized, people-focused Admissions & Student Support Representative to help prospective students through enrollment and support current students throughout their school experience.

This role begins at 2 days per week
, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

• Respond to prospective students by phone, text, email, and in person
• Follow up with leads and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process
• Conduct campus tours and admissions appointments
• Explain programs, schedules, tuition, start dates, and general financial aid steps
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and school staff
• Maintain accurate lead, enrollment, and student records
• Follow up with enrolled and newly started students
• Serve as a resource for current students with questions or concerns
• Help identify attendance, communication, or other barriers to student success
• Connect students with the appropriate staff or resources when needed
• Support both enrollment and student retention efforts

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with consistent follow-up
• Able to manage multiple students at different stages
• Comfortable using technology and learning CRM/student systems
• Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented
• Admissions, student services, customer service, sales, or education experience is preferred
• Beauty industry experience is a plus

You’ll have the opportunity to help students from their first interaction with the school through their experience as an enrolled student, while being part of a team focused on improving both admissions and student support.

Schedule: Approximately 2 days per week
