Marketing Production Specialist

Asset Strategies Group works with retailers on store growth. Real estate, lease data, store planning and construction, design, and portfolio analytics, run together so the opening date holds. We also own Chute Gerdeman, a design studio here in Columbus since 1989, and The Robin Report, a retail publication that about ten thousand people read every morning.

Three properties and a lot of publishing. This role owns it.

You publish the work. Calendars, articles, email, social, clips, graphics, landing pages, event materials. You build most of it yourself from an established design system, get it out on time, tag it properly, and report on whether it worked.

Briefs arrive in writing. You will not be handed a vague idea and held responsible for the result.

• Run the content calendars across three brands and their social accounts
• Send the daily Robin Report email and keep the site in good shape
• Cut podcast and video clips, select photography, build graphics and one-pagers
• Keep Hub Spot, Google Analytics, and Search Console clean enough to trust
• Build target lists for the sales team
• Get us ready for ICSC, NRF, NACS, and other conferences/events

Our designers work on client projects, which is where their hours belong. You will build most of what you publish yourself and bring in a designer only when a piece requires one. If you like owning the output, this is a good fit. If you would rather write the brief and hand it off, it is not.

Three to six years doing this work. Comfortable in Hub Spot. Able to build clean assets from a template in Figma, Adobe, or Canva. Can cut a video clip. Writes a headline that does not need rewriting. Holds a publishing schedule without being chased. Asks a question when a brief is unclear rather than guessing.

Curiosity, too. You will publish about lease administration and construction as often as about design, and we would like you to find that interesting.
