Superior is looking for a highly motivated and organized VDC Project Manager to join our fast-paced team. This position will work on several innovative and exciting projects in a variety of market sectors including data centers, higher education, healthcare, enterprise, and industrial projects. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

• Lead BIM project teams (modelers, VDC coordinators/designers, and BIM managers), providing clear guidance on scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Own all BIM project deliverables per contract, including 2D layouts, 3D coordinated models, prefabrication sheets, and install drawings
• Ensure high-quality BIM output and compliance with the full project schedule from kickoff to closeout
• Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and change orders
• Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to customers
• Review estimates, design drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Operations, and Field teams to ensure alignment
• Uphold and evolve departmental BIM standards
• Build client trust through responsive communication, strong collaboration, and proactive problem-solving

• Required:
  
  You earned an Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Required:
  
  You have 3+ years of experience in VDC/BIM, including Bluebeam, Navisworks, Revit, and shop drawings
• Required:
  
  You have 5+ years of experience in commercial project management or construction management
• Required:
  
  You have 7+ years of experience working as a consulting electrical engineer/designer, field electrician, or other related fields
