Responsibilities- Provides oversight relative to all aspects of planning & scheduling within assigned projects
- Performs as the scheduling expert for the Business Unit (BU), handling advanced and complex tasks
- Demonstrates advanced expertise in scheduling tools and techniques and stays current with industry standards
- Makes recommendations to Divisional management regarding adoption of the latest scheduling practices
- Performs schedule & cost loading for CPM schedules
- Performs proficient schedule analysis and analyzes variances and trends when comparing multiple schedules
- Manages delay claims process, develops delay analysis narratives, and coordinates with Legal
- Participates in formal proposals and interviews for prospective projects
- Ensures proper schedule controls and update procedures on all assigned projects
- Coaches and mentors less experienced team members
- Trains others in risk identification and mitigation
- Conducts and reviews monthly project audits and provides recommendations for risk mitigation
- Reports concerns and updates to BU management regarding project controls
- Monitors overall performance indicators
- Manages workload and deliverables with available backlogged recoveries
- Trains Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling software use in the field
- Participates in Scheduling peer group activities
- Utilizes industry-standard software to support the scheduling process

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8-17 years of related experience
- Hyperscale data center experience is required
- Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, sequences, crew sizes, productivity rates, manpower analysis, cash flow, and CPM scheduling
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Salary to be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $130,600-$210,100 plus benefits and retirement program.
