As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards (API, NFPA, OSHA) in relation to fixed assets (piping and pressure vessels).
• Leading site infrastructure planning and renewal efforts for site fixed assets.
• Implementing standard operating procedures for site mechanical integrity practices.
• Determining appropriate projects to improve mechanical integrity practices at the facility.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline.
• Five (5) years of engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

• Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Ten (10) years of engineering in a private, public, government or military environment with responsibility for oversight of plant electrical distribution systems.
• Skills include ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

The expected compensation range for this position is $122,292 - $149,468, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
