Our client is a well established civil engineering firm is looking for an experienced municipal engineer to work with local agency projects ranging from transportation to utility projects in their OH markets. Join the team you have always hear about!!
About the Role- Plan and design for water main, sanitary and storm sewer, and road projects for local municipalities.
- Specify project-specific technical specifications, standard construction drawings, and Maintenance of Traffic.
- Assist in Bidding and Construction Phase Services on municipal projects including RFIs, shop drawing review, and as-built drawings.
- Work closely with other technical staff from all offices to assist in providing consulting engineering services from education, municipalities, and local development clients.
- Perform design calculations, quantify bid items, develop cost estimates, execute CAD drafting, and prepare reports.
Successfully passed FE (EIT) Exam.
- Licensed PE is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience with the design of water main, sanitary sewer, and road projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Experience with the (ODOT) Construction and Material Specifications and ODOT's Local Agency Program is a plus.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
