Job Description

As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of construction projects involving civil highways, site work, structures, steel work, utilities, waterways, and foundations.

Your role will involve planning and controlling all resources to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee the execution of civil highway, site work, structures, steel work, utilities, waterways, and foundation construction projects.

+ Plan and allocate resources effectively for project execution.

+ Lead teams to achieve project quality, adherence to schedule, cost control, and safety standards.

+ Interface with clients and maintain strong relationships with all project disciplines.

Essential Skills

+ Project management skills

+ 5 years of heavy civil project experience

Skills & Qualifications

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required

Work Environment

The work environment includes managing construction projects with a focus on quality, cost control, and safety. You will work closely with various project teams and maintain client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

Full medical, dental, vision insurance. Ability to contribute to 401k. Vertical and horizontal construction experience.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
