Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Automation Engineer role based in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include designing, programming, and implementing automation systems (i.e. serialization) to improve manufacturing processes. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining control systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, and supporting the integration of robotics and automated technologies into operations. Additional tasks may include resolving technical challenges and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in automation systems.
  • Proficiency in Process Control and Automation design and implementation.
  • Experience in Engineering with knowledge of control systems.
  • Familiarity with Robotics and their integration into manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and industry-specific regulations is a plus.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environments and technical documentation is advantageous.
