We’re looking for a highly motivated Data Center Portfolio Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in operational data centers. The role requires managing cross‑functional projects, optimizing portfolio and programmatic planning, and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop high‑level operational plans that specify scope, delivery, schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
- Standardize processes, tooling, data, and reporting for measuring portfolio performance.
- Create and manage goals in safety, quality, team productivity, vendor performance, and cost control.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on portfolio status for business and finance partners.
- Plan and host value stream mapping events with key stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.
- Gather feedback from internal customers and stakeholders to drive portfolio and program improvements.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management to adapt to organizational demands.
- Develop new programs to support strategic team direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction or project management.
- Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deployment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
- 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
- Experience in data center engineering operations with deep understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings.
- Knowledge of critical data center equipment.
