PAM Analyst

A client of insight global is looking for a PAM engineer, Some responsibilities include :
• Engineer and support enterprise PAM capabilities leveraging a suite of Privileged Access Management solutions.

• Own engineering and troubleshooting for complex integration and automation challenges.

• Build, configure, and enhance our Privileged Access Management (PAM) ecosystem - beyond account provisioning.

• Partner with application and infrastructure teams to design secure solutions that reduce operational friction.

• Implement scalable, standards based IAM solutions aligned with corporate security policies and architecture patterns.

• Automate processes using scripting (Power Shell strongly preferred).

• Support delivery and governance of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) for applications and business groups.

• Mentor junior IAM engineers and contribute to IAM capability roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of hands on IAM engineering experience.

• Deep experience with PAM/PIM concepts and Delinea's Server Suite (Centrify).

• Experience with user provisioning, password vaulting, sudo management, and automation.

• 2+ years experience in Information Security or cross functional technology organizations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Ability to communicate program metrics and technical impacts to executive stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead complex IAM initiatives and influence technical direction.

• Strong collaboration skills working with business teams, engineers, and external partners.
