Position: Senior Sales Manager - Engineering Services (Aero Sales)

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with strong expertise in Engineering Services to drive growth across the Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience selling engineering and technical services, a proven record of generating new business with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, and the ability to build lasting partnerships that deliver value and innovation.

This role requires self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of engineering solutions and the aerospace business and MRO ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for engineering services within the aerospace market.
  • Leverage an existing network of Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to expand relationships and drive growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy focused on Engineering Services offerings.
  • Lead solution-based sales by positioning engineering design, analysis, digital, and testing services to meet client needs.
  • Partner closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and seamless execution.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, manage pricing and contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to anticipate and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within Engineering Services, preferably in the aerospace or defense sectors.
  • Proven success selling engineering, design, or technology-based services to Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Established relationships within key aerospace accounts and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate engineering capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
