• Preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Developing Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
• Identifying risks, supporting risk registers, and contributing to pre-contract and procurement processes.
• Attending client and design team meetings, advising on cost implications, and capturing key actions.
• Assisting with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
• Contributing to project templates, drafting qualification questionnaires, and taking on additional duties as required.
• Working onsite at client locations to ensure effective delivery and foster client relationships.
• Engaging in collaborative and in-person time with clients and colleagues to build connections and enhance learning.

The compensation for this role ranges from $140,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on various factors including your specific role, skill set, and level of experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficiency with advanced CostX functions to create accurate estimates and bills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Competence in contract preparation and post-contract administration.
• Project close-out skills.
• A team player mentality with good verbal and written communication skills.
• A high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Experience with data centers or similar mission‑critical projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• MRICS status.
• Knowledge of current construction technologies and trends, particularly in sustainability.
• Field experience in relevant construction projects.
