NO GC candidates Long TermRequired Skills:
- 12+ years of Data Engineering experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Data Lakes, and Spark
- Strong experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics
- Expertise in ETL/ELT development and data integration
- Strong knowledge of Databricks CI/CD best practices, including DABs
- Experience with MLOps and Machine Learning concepts
- Exposure to AI-driven development, agent-based development, and migration projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Databricks and/or Microsoft Data Engineering Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
