Aircraft Avionics Technician - NHC;

This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. You will be part of the team to perform work on assigned aircraft or parts in the avionics function.

• Fabricate, repair, and install aircraft parts and perform other avionics work on assigned aircraft or parts.
• Maintain and repair helicopters and support helicopter‑specific programs.
• Collaborate closely with assigned lead regarding schedules, priorities, parts, supplies, tools, and special instructions.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, vendor and service manuals, and other source data to determine dimensions, locations, alignment, tolerances and other specification requirements.
• Use a variety of standard and specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices, and test equipment to complete work assignments.
• Ensure that completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience working on avionics in aircraft, preferably rotorcraft.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams and apply standard shop practices in the fabrication and repair modifications of aircraft structures and repairs.
• Current Airframe or Powerplant license is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
