Senior Project Architect

The Senior Project Architect serves as a trusted technical and design leader at Actalent, bringing clarity, authority, and consistency to complex projects. In this role, you will engage directly with clients, collaborate closely with Project Management, and provide oversight across all phases of design and delivery to ensure the highest level of quality and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Present technical and design solutions directly to clients with confidence and clarity

+ Partner with Project Managers to guide and elevate overall design and technical performance

+ Act as a subject matter expert on complex building systems, materials, and project delivery methods

+ Lead design development and construction documentation for large-scale, complex projects

+ Provide technical oversight and mentorship to architectural staff, supporting a culture of continuous development

+ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout all phases of project delivery

+ Maintain Actalent's standard of precision and quality - delivering work that meets the highest expectations

+ Foster a collaborative team environment through proactive communication, organization, and accountability

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

+ 10+ years of architectural experience with Senior
-level project responsibility

+ Strong expertise in design, technical documentation, and construction administration across multiple project types

+ Proven ability to lead client presentations and manage multidisciplinary teams

+ Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with modern project delivery workflows

+ Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate design and technical challenges

+ Clear, direct communication style with a focus on consistency and accountability

+ Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $111920.00 - $124940.00/hr.
