V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, is seeking a Project Engineer in our Columbus, OH office, where you will contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world. And, as part of our Land Development team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.
Here’sWhat You’ll Do
- Designing land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).
- Working on teams to complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.
- Mentor and train other staff.
- Assisting Project Managers in client and regulatory agency communication.
- Providing periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction.
- Degreed Civil Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in Land Development.
- Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
- PE Licensing required.
