We are seeking multiple Transportation Engineering Interns in our Ohio offices for Fall 2026 (Aug-Dec 2026). This internship is a full-time position working 40 hours a week.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
What you will do:- Work as part of the industry leading Transportation team.
- Gain real‑world experience working on actual projects alongside Licensed Engineers that are experts in their fields.
- Assist on a variety of projects doing such things as analysis, design, plan production and cost estimation.
- Use industry leading applications such as Civil 3D and Open Roads Designer, alongside discipline specific programs that aid in design.
- Work as a member of a team that coordinates with other internal teams and external subconsultants and clients.
- Perform tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independence.
- Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably with at least sophomore status.
- Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree or civil adjacent degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to function well in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Exceptional multitasking and time‑management skills.
- Be ready and open to learning!
- Be located in Ohio near one of our offices or be willing to relocate at your own expense as this position requires at least 2 days/week of in office time.
Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Range: $23—$27 USD.
