Location of job: Columbus, OH first choice preference. Anywhere else in OH, 2nd choice, and here are the 3rd choice locations OH, PA, VA, NJ and MD (expect more travel if so), May consider remote but not preferred.
Salary range: $150K - $175K DOE
Bonus: 5-12% of first year's salary
Relocation: Yes, lump sum dependent on the candidate

Electrical Program Manager responsible for all phases of the mid to large scale projects including project initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. This work will include management of the following: project safety; project scope; project schedule; project costs; project quality; project resources; and project contracts with clients and vendors.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or related technical field preferred.
- This position requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience, 7+ in a Project Management position.
- Experience leading in a large team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- PMP Preferred or the ability to obtain PMP within 12 months of employment.
- Experience in engineering and design of high voltage (69-500kV) transmission lines using PLS-CADD.
- Knowledge of conducting analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Execute the duties needed to ensure that projects of all sizes include all the required scope, and only the required scope, to successfully complete a project per the contract.
- Perform the work required to plan, execute, monitor and control the timely completion of any size project assigned scope of work per the agreed upon and contractual schedule.
- Understand interdependencies for all tasks on a project.
- Perform work necessary to estimate, budget, verify funding, manage monitor and control costs according to the approved budget on mid to large sized projects.
- Manage the work so that it aligns with quality policies, procedures, objectives, and standards to meet both the company and client expectations within contract terms.
- Analyze, estimate, recommend to the appropriate company leaders required resources and competencies with the project teams.
- Perform and manage the work required to ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information on mid to large-size projects.
- Manage any and all changes to scope, schedule and cost, including company internal changes and client changes.
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on mid to large-size projects.
- Conduct the work necessary to find, estimate, purchase, or acquire products, services, or results needed from outside of the project team including writing and managing Requests For Proposal events on mid to large-size projects.
- Perform the work required to identify the people, groups, or organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project; to analyze stakeholders’ expectations and their impact on the project; and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
