Responsibilities
- Work alongside the more experienced HIL engineer, receiving hands on training and support while helping operate HIL setup.
- Develop test plan for battery validation in cell for Technicians
- Validate Functional Safety requirements on HIL
- Act as the liaison between technicians and the systems team to ensure requirements are validated thoroughly
- Create and document test report in RNnS (Integrity)
- Review test report with the team
- Drive activities independently in a fast paced environment
- CAN communication
- Python scripting for automated test development
- Battery systems experience with understanding of how critical BMs features work example SOC, SOH, power limits, diagnostics
- Diagnostics calibration and validation experience
- Circuit and wiring diagram review understanding
- Tools and UDS protocol experience
- Geo Blue PPO and HSA plan
