Environmental Engineer / Scientist – Air Quality (Mid-Level)
GT Environmental seeks an experienced Environmental Engineer or Scientist to support air permitting, environmental compliance, emissions calculations, inspections, and environmental reporting for industrial clients throughout Ohio and the Midwest. Full‑time hybrid position.

- Perform emissions calculations.
- Prepare TRI, Tier II and environmental reports.
- Interpret Clean Air Act, RCRA, EPCRA, TSCA and related regulations.
- Communicate with clients and agencies.
- Bachelor's or master’s of science degree in related discipline.
- 8+ years experience.
- Excellent technical writing.
- Valid driver's license.
- PE/CHMM; stack testing; TRI;
Tier II; wastewater; RCRA.
- Deliver quality work.
- Build client relationships.
- Develop technical expertise.
- Support GT's growth.
- Environmental permitting, compliance, auditing and consulting throughout Ohio and the Midwest.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and physical examination.
- Ability to work in both office and industrial manufacturing environments.
- Ability to conduct facility inspections and site assessments, including walking, climbing stairs, and accessing operational areas when required.
- Occasional travel is required to industrial sites.
- $70,000-$100,000 plus discretionary bonus.
