Responsibilities Corporate and Department Planning
  • Lead the design and analysis of complex electrical systems for renewable generation, energy storage, and utility-scale substation projects.
  • Establish specific goals and staffing plans that align with the department's objectives for the Power Delivery practice.
  • Coordinate workloads through the entire project development cycle to ensure documents are completed on schedule.
  • Alignment of project outcomes with department growth goals.
  • Accuracy of staffing and timeline projections.
  • Successful integration of multi-disciplined team efforts.
Business Development – Marketing and Sales
  • Prepare project specifications, electrical construction cost estimates, and proposals to support the growth of electrical engineering service areas locally and nationally.
