Job Title:
Electrical Engineer (EIT)

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $35-$40/hr.

Employment Type: Contract to direct

Location: Remote (with occasional travel)

Client is seeking an Electrical Engineer (EIT) who to gain hands-on experience in utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The candidate will be able to grow under the mentorship of licensed PEs while contributing to active, large-scale renewable energy projects.

• Support senior engineers in electrical design and analysis.
• Assist with preparation of drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Contribute to project documentation and technical reports.
• Gain exposure to PS-CAD, ETAP, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 1–3 years of experience in solar, BESS, or related power/utility projects.
• Familiarity with design software (PS-CAD, ETAP, or similar) preferred.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and professional development toward PE licensure.
