CDM Smith seeks a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to design and execute EHV substations (230–765 kV). You will lead technical teams, define scope, interface with clients and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple projects in a hybrid, office-based setting.
You will mentor junior engineers, review calculations and drawings, and contribute to engineering standards. Domestic and international travel may be required.
