Newell Brands is seeking a Manager, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to own the development and deployment of the DFM program within ERA. You will partner with NPD, MDC, Operations and cross‑functional teams to embed manufacturability into decisions, drive gate criteria, and escalate when timelines or readiness are at risk.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or product development in consumer products, with strong experience in DFM/DFX, DFMEA, PFMEA and CAD/PLM tools.
