We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 6+ years of experience delivering geotechnical solutions for bridges, dams, Levees, and other major infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, and mentorship with opportunities to work on challenging, high-profile projects across the region. Key Responsibilities:- Lead geotechnical design and analysis for bridges, buildings/ structures, dams and levees.
- Oversee field investigations, inspections, and geotechnical reporting.
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical work.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support proposals and occasional marketing activities.
- Ensure safety compliance and represent company values.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or Geological Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with expertise in dams, levees, and/or large bridge foundations.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. (Ohio PE preferred).
- Experience with ODOT projects and/or U.S. Army Corps of Engineer’s highly desired.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Available for occasional short-term travel.
