OSP Drafting Supervisor

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. seeks an OSP Drafting Supervisor to lead a team producing accurate outside plant telecom designs and construction drawings. You will manage drafting workloads, set quality standards, and coordinate with engineers, field staff, and clients on fiber and broadband projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise OSP drafting team for telecom projects
• Plan and prioritize drafting workloads and schedules
• Produce and review OSP construction drawings and redlines
• Maintain drafting standards, templates, and quality controls
• Coordinate with engineers, field staff, and project managers
• Update and manage GIS and records for outside plant assets
• Ensure compliance with telecom, utility, and safety standards
• Train and mentor drafters on tools, methods, and best practices
• Support client communication on design requirements and status
• Contribute to process improvements and drafting automation
