Exacta Land Surveyors LLC is seeking a CAD Drafter to produce precise survey drawings for residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will transform field data, survey notes, and legal descriptions into detailed plats, site plans, and exhibits using AutoCAD. You'll collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, and real estate professionals to support accurate land data for lending, construction, and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
- Produce accurate CAD drawings from survey field data for residential and commercial projects
- Interpret survey notes, legal descriptions, and sketches to prepare plats and site plans
- Update, revise, and maintain drawing sets to reflect project changes and client requirements
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to clarify specifications and resolve issues
- Apply company drafting standards, layering, and naming conventions in all drawings
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Manage and organize CAD files, survey records, and project documentation
- Support preparation of exhibits, easements, and elevation certificates as needed
- Use advanced surveying and CAD technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate progress and potential issues to project leads to help meet deadlines
