The ideal candidate will have:- BS in Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Ohio PE License or ability to secure an Ohio PE License via reciprocity from another state
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must be proficient in Civil 3d

- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the firm’s engineering and design staff.
- Develop & implement methods and processes to meet operational goals of
- Securing, developing, and maintaining staff including strategies for hiring, training, and retaining engineers and designers.
- Delivering a recognizable, high quality,accurateproductincludingcollaboration on the development and maintenance of standard company design documents, templates and tools as well providing QA/QC oversightparticularlywith regard tostorm water management calculations and reports, stormwater pollution preventionplansand other technical documents.
- Stayingcurrentwith industry & regulatory standards
- Balancing competitive pricing/fees with efficient performance to maximize profitability
