• Support the site’s facility and operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Boost sales growth and educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Lead the team to achieve high-quality service standards.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process.
• Drive team performance to exceed service standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
• Aspire for excellence and set an example through leadership.
• Maintain a professional appearance per appearance guidelines.
