Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of a wide variety of events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for attendees by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and assisting with various event operations.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment and signage.
• Greet and direct guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.
• Control crowd flow and assist with entry and exit procedures.
• Distribute materials such as programs, tickets, and promotional items.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is preferred.
