Oversee the daily VLT operations of the gaming floor and ensure the smooth functioning of all shift activities;
Create and manage shift schedules for all employees and monitor attendance;
Issue disciplinary actions when needed and communicate with the Manager of VLT Operations and assistant shift managers;
Log all daily events in the log book and assist guests with questions or problems when assistants are unavailable;
Identify suspicious activities and collaborate on projects or tasks as needed
