Responsibilities
- Courteously and efficiently answer all incoming calls and connect callers with correct extension.
- Take and relay messages accurately and timely.
- Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and positive statement.
- Guide and explain new patients through paperwork; be a resource for any questions.
- Patient registration.
- Insurance authorizations and verifications.
- Collect co‑pays.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Customer service.
- Scheduling.
- Handling calls from customers.
Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Fully onsite in Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
