Process cash transactions for casino customers and employees, including cashing TITO tickets, casino chips, Lottery tickets, personal checks, travelers checks, processing currency exchanges, cash advances and other cash equivalents;
Enroll guests into Players Club, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with casino promotions to aid guest experience;
Coordinates with Main Bank as needed;
Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations;
Report suspicious behavior and intoxicated guests to management
