Kira is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Coordinator (part-time) to own tactical event execution, coordinating deadlines, vendors, materials, and logistics for conferences and field events. You will work with the Head of Community & Events to ensure flawless on-site support and remote day-of assistance as needed.
The role offers flexible hours (15-20 hrs/week, up to 30 hrs around major events) and a startup environment where you’ll manage multiple events across stages with independence.
