Gardens Interactive is seeking a Senior Technical Gameplay Designer to own player-facing abilities, weapons, tools, items, armors, buffs, and modifiers for an online multiplayer title. You will work with engineering and design partners to prototype, implement, and polish systems that feel expressive and readable in multiplayer contexts.
Ideal candidates have senior experience in gameplay mechanics, strong Unreal Engine skills (Blueprint scripting), and a solid grasp of combat design
