Our staffing team is looking for an On-Site Coordinator to help coordinate staff and personnel activities at the client location in Columbus OH
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $19 hr/Weekly Pay
Duties Include:- Take attendance daily, making sure that production lines are fully staffed.
- Help backfill missing staff if required by Supervisors
- Recruit and hire staff that meet client requirements
- Help ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed and explained
- Communicate daily with the Corporate office
- Provide excellent Customer Service to Clients and employees.
- Use Software tools such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role required
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, walking, standing on feet for more than 50% of the workday required. This is not a 100% desk job.
